Though the show hasn’t even aired yet, whatever wild and crazy drama supposedly went down between the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” gals on that cast trip to Kyle Richards’ Aspen vacation home earlier this year must have been pretty darn bad.

Things were seemingly so off-the-charts terrible, in fact, the reality show star and her luxury real estate broker husband Mauricio Umansky, founder and CEO of The Agency, have officially opted to offload the place after nearly six years of ownership, asking $9.75 million.

“Aspen will never be the same,” Richards told Entertainment Tonight. “Honestly, that is my little happy place and people don’t know that we live there part-time. When I went back this last time, I took some sage with me. There was a Ouija board involved. Things really got out of control, let me tell you.”

As for their Colorado retreat, the three-story structure rests on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of downtown Aspen, and features four bedrooms and five baths in just over 2,400 square feet of rustic yet modern living space. There are hardwood floors, river rock accent walls and exposed log-beam ceilings throughout, along with picturesque views of the surrounding mountains and Roaring Fork Valley via two decks — one off the living room, and another atop the roof sporting a hot tub and fire-pit.

Other highlights include the aforementioned living room, which also hosts a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and a dining area that connects to a gourmet kitchen outfitted with a spacious eat-in island and high-end stainless appliances. Upstairs, the fireside master suite is adorned with French doors spilling out to a private balcony, as well as a luxe bath holding a soaking tub and dual steam showers; and rounding it all out is a two-car garage.

In addition to the for-sale Aspen residence they bought in late 2016 for $4.2 million, the Umansky-Richards also own an Encino mansion they picked up in 2017 for $8.2 million and a getaway in the Palm Desert resort community of La Quinta, Calif., they paid $2.3 million for in 2014. In January, the couple finally sold their Bel Air home that had been on off the market for more than three years for $6.1 million.
